    Kind of curious to hear what numbers others are putting up. I know Carb Back Loading has helped me get stronger and the Shockwave Protocols have been great for my strength.Here are some numbers for me:Flat bench BB 335 for 3 reps pausing at the bottom. Anxious to test this out soon.Incline BB 295 for 3 reps ELECTStanding press 245 for 1Deadlift 635(not really current or my best either)Squat over 500 estimated do rep outs for 531
