A comment Kiefer made on either a podcast or video, led me to google the inuit diet.  Found a very interesting article that highlights where they got vitamins A, D & C and how so much of their fat was omega-3.The Inuit ParadoxHow can people who gorge on fat and rarely see a vegetable be healthier than we are?http://discovermagazine.com/2004/oct/inuit-paradox

Thank you, I love reading about Inuits 🙂During the ice age, did we all live like this, or where we mainly located nearer the equator?

Humans would have been all over.  Apparently the last glacial period ended between 10,000 to 15,000 years ago.  Before this time, its thought that humans migrated from Asia into the Americas via the Bering land bridge (through Alaska).  Seems Inuit are descendants though.References:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quaternary_glaciationhttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bering_land_bridgehttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Inuit

Write about Inuit diet:"Organ meats contain vitamin C.""The body is surprisingly adaptive."Write about paleo nutrition:"Doctors are hesitant to endorse a lifestyle that rejects a balanced diet with whole grains."I smell a double standard.
