Is this still an appropriate blend for post workout?

In light of recent comments about incorporating Leucine and MCTs, my most recent PF order was:75% Optipep (Grass-fed WPI)15% MCT powder10% LeucineNutrition Facts attached - 2 scoops amounts to 46g protein, 4g carbs and 6g of Leucine. 5.4g is actual MCT, since it's 60% MCT content in the powder. I've used it the past 1-2 weeks after my Crossfit workouts and it's a pretty euphoric blend. I mixed it with chocolate and stevia, which hide the Leucine just enough for it to still taste good. I just got a tub of creatine monohydrate, so I'll likely be adding a hefty teaspoon of that to the 2 scoops of the PF blend.

Casein is actually the slowest of them all. I've never seen it as a wise choice PWO, unless it's combined with hydrolized WPI (fastest-absorbing) at a ratio of at least 2:1 in favor of WPI. This way you get the immediate WPI recovery boost, and the benefit of slow-digesting casein which supplies protein over the next several hours. This is why casein is such a popular pre-bedtime choice, as people tend to favor the slow overnight supply of protein while they sleep.
