33 year old male Current stats:5'9" ~12%BF and 192#'sFollowing 5/3/1Recent rep maxes: OH press - 115 x 10squat - 225 x 11DL - 315 x 6bench - 205 x 7I originally heard about CNS and CBL back in the fall and started to seriously follow CBL in November but after Thanksgiving I decided I really need to be following CNS. During the week of Christmas I was on vacation and didn't stress about it. Goals:1. Reset my "baseline" weight - I know this sounds weird but let me explain, in the past whenever I'd diet down I'd usually back to low 190's, I'd like to reset my baseline weight to high 170's. Less for aesthetic reasons though a plus but for my sleep apnea. 2. Run 2 miles in less than 15:00 - My best run time in recent memory was after coming back from AFG in late 2011, since then I majorly slacked and my last APFT I barely passed the 2 mile run by 10 seconds3. Minimize muscle loss 4. Minimize strength lossHow I'm getting to my goals:1. 5/3/1 - doing the twice a week split where I bench and squat one week and DL and oh press the next2. 4 running workouts a week - 1 slow long day, 1 speed day, 1 running form day, and one race pace day3. CNS - my carb night will be on Saturday night since I scheduled my speed work days to be on Sunday.I've listened to DH's video and some of the podcasts a wealth of info, look forward to learning from the forums as well.

Thanks, my wife agrees about the sleep apnea!  I can't sleep with that silly machine thing on my face.
