What's going on guys and gals???Long story short I was a lazy fat ass several years ago and tipped the scales at 330+ and with a lot a hard work and a good diet I've been able to drop down to 195@15-16%bf. On 1/5/13 I tore some ligaments in my ankle and fractured my leg. So here I am sitting at 212@20% when 3-4 weeks ago I was 191@14% and unable to do deads, squats, or any cardio. Just started CNS and will run that until I drop some BF and get back on my feet.
