Hi All,Been under 50 grams of carbs for over a year now, lost 40 lbs, and started using kettlebells about 2 months ago. I am a big fan of Robb Wolf and I heard keifer talk about CBL on one of his podcasts. I bought the book that same day about 3 weeks ago and never looked back. Great concept, I am seeing results. The first week I went all out with the trashy stuff and discovered that for me Chicken or beef, with White rice, a couple bananas and a bowl of Vanilla ice cream is my magic potion.  I comb thru the forums every night looking for ideas, etc, put up from all you great people, and what I have come to realize that even though keifer gives us many ideas on what to do, it is just a start, and must be tweeked based on our lifestyle and body. I like that he mentions a couple times in the book that you must listen to your body, look in the mirror, for the outside, and listen to how you feel on the inside. The nice thing is you will know pretty quick what is going on, and my experiences have made me coin a phrase . It is "Do work, Wait, look, listen, adjust".Currently5" 8"170"16% BF
