    Could someone have a look at my training program keeping in mind that I am 5'3 and 108 lbs….im not sure exactly what my BF is but im guessing around 18%.  I would really love to put some muscle on.  I do my PWO shake with leucine and creatine.Monday - HIIT/Shoulders/TricepsTuesday- Back/BicepsWednesday -HIITThursday - LegsFriday - Shoulders/TricepsSaturday - HIIT/ Back/Biceps and CARBNITESunday -HIIT/LegsI am training heavy, using drop sets sometimes and mostly to failure.  I have no idea what shockwave involves until the new version comes out.  I would LOVE to drop another 5% BF and put on at least another 5lbs in muscle.  Help?  Thanks  🙂

    I would drop the hitt down to 1 day post CN and do more explosive training rather than drop sets and stuff, dont try and brun fat during the workout. Your diet does that for you.

    Making sure your not grinding to failure on each rep but exploding the weight up.
