Fernando AguilarParticipantHello everybody… πI bought Carb Night and Carb Back-loading. I have already started carb night and i have a couple of questions.I am at 8% body fat, 6 foot and at 160 pounds and i am trying to get to like 4% bodyfat...I have heard Kiefer talking about starting to have a Carb Night every 4/5 days apart to spark hormones as much as possible wend you get to single digits of body fat.I am wondering if any of you guys do this and if i already need to at my current body fat level...Thanks so much...Β π

Richard SchmittModeratorI would think you could benefit to add some muscle to your frame in order to drop body fat. Are you getting up on stage or something? Because that is honestly unhealthy to maintain. It is possible to do so, just have to structure cleaner CN and appropiate ULC meals to fit your needs.

Fernando AguilarParticipantNo specific reason, i just spent years trying to get lean and until i came across CN nothing worked, now i would like to get as lean as possible before a start carb back-loading and put on some size… But i did not know that being that cut would be bad for me…Β :- I have bean at 180 pounds so a have no problem putting on size but at the time i realy was a fatty bulck look.Clean Carb Nights, that would be fat free right??? π

Richard SchmittModeratorNot necessarily. Clean is along those lines yes but also gluten free. However making foods in white rice flour and/or eating white rice and potatoes are really clean. That and kids cereal

Clean carb nite is different for everyone.I think it will be pointless to get to 4% unless its for a show. It's not sustainable and at 6 foot you could use some more muscle mass for sure. Do a lean bulk and don't let yourself get above a set number, say 8-10%

I did lose a lot of muscle wend i tried to lean out whit other programs and diet such as Insanity. Lost fat to but a lo a muscle as well... :/Do you guys think i should just forget about the 4% bodyfat and switch to CBL to get back some muscle????Thanks so much for the help you guys...Β π
