Vitamin Suggestion?

    Before going paleo a few years back, I always bruised VERY easily. I hardly bruise even on 80/20 paleo, but being on 99% paleo the past 2 months had my skin completely clear of bruising. However, 9 days into my preliminary CNS I'm starting to have a bit of bruising here and there again. I'm assuming it's from lack of vegetables. Before starting CNS, I was eating plenty of carrots, zucchini, spinach, squash, broccoli, all that good stuff. Other than that, nothing in my diet has changed. Since keeping my carbs below 30g, I've been just sticking to about 200 grams of broccoli and about 4oz of spinach per day. I'm thinking I should probably start taking some sort of multivitamin, but I don't want to be taking anything that I don't need. Any suggestions on what vitamins/minerals I may be lacking with the change in veggie consumption that may be causing the bruising?
