30g protein2g carbsSweetened with sucraloseDoesn't intentionally contain soy, but like a lot of others it's processed in a place that processes soy too.I found this at a NutriShop yesterday, and I was thinking about switching to it since it has lower carbs and doesn't intentionally add soy like the ON Gold Standard Whey that I'm using. That, and it's cheaper to buy than the ON Gold Standard.

If you can tolerate casein and gluten I'd say go for it!

Great product! Better than any ON product, wide vareity of different high quality proteins. Go for it!

I found it at NutriShop, but I'm pretty sure it's available online too.
