Does the guy in that pic really look like 9% bodyfat? I have been using HIIT ONLY the day after carb nite with a 1 min on / 4 min rest interval and it was been working fantastic. Carb nite done correctly will most likely fix many of your metabolic issues and once those are fixed, chronic cardio won't be needed for fat loss and you can spend your time on other things.
