Hey everybody, I'm 5'10", I weigh 285 lbs. with 33% BF. Earlier this week I started CBL, but I soon realized it's probably not the best solution since I'm trying to get rid of fat. I just bought CNS yesterday, I read through it and I started today. I usually like to snack on unsalted nuts, I've seached through the forums and people usually say to avoid nuts?
I got here the same was as you, through CBL and quickly realized CNS was the first step for me. Since starting CNS I've seen my bodyfat percentage drop relatively quickly, around .5 percent a week.. I also snacked on nuts after dinner, before CNS, I think that was my sticking point for me, I've since removed all of that and now that I am following the eating style I'm finding success with the plan.
I am excited to meet you guys and also excited to be a part of this community and journey. Ya, i've already went through my prep phase and lost 13 pounds, i'm guessing it's mainly water weight and carb stores. I didn't do too well on my CN because I had too much Gluten and dairy. I just hope I didn't eat too much gluten to hinder my fat loss. I'm still a little confused on how things work, but day by day i'm learning new things.
