I bought the CBL book, and I want to drop to <10% bf fast so Carb Nite would be the better choice. I want to know what the differences are, besides only ingesting carbs on a single night for roughly 3 meals in a 4-6 hour window.1.  I want to know if the macro nutrient breakdown is the same, ie eating the same amount of protein: fat ratio. 2. Secondly, are a limited amount of carbs necessary/recommended or optional PWO?

On CN Kiefer recommends 0.5 g fat/ 1.0 g protein (roughly 1/1 based on calories), whereas on CBL you start out 1.0 g fat/ 1.0 g protein, then adjust fat down if wanting to lean out or protein up if you want to gain mass.Added carbs are not recommended in PWO shake on ultra-low carb days (i.e. not on THE CarbNite), if that is what you are asking, since that would almost certainly put you over the 30 gram daily limit.
