Hello DH-ers! I wanted to see if any trainers out there have used CN or CBL for their clientele? I just started a few people on CN till we reach a desired weight and plan on changing to CBL ( or whatever plan might be best for them) once we reach there. I've only had 1 other client I've carb cycled with ( she was competing) and didn't continue after her comp ( however I feel I didn't have the planning & knowledge down as well as I do now). I guess I wanted hear if people had successes or obstacles with their clients
As well as Brianna, the girl you read about, I have all of my clients using DH principles. I have to shift it around and make it suit each client but the foundation of CNS/CBL works for everybody.I have a number if clients progress/ success stories on here, from weight loss to muscle building.
