Just started my 5th month on CNS.  Overall, coupled with strength training, 5×5, 3x/wk, I'm happy with my progress and results.  About to go snowboarding for a week.  I'm wondering, how do I handle or switch up the macros during this time?  Normally, I'll ride and hike at least 4-6 hours/day pretty nonstop.  In the past, I've always packed snacks in my pockets, and would eat a little on the chairs between runs.  I'd try to avoid the big lunch at the lodge midday, to avoid feeling sluggish in the afternoon. Dark chocolate and nuts usually, with carbs (bananas/oatmeal) plus coffee in the morning.  Of course, I haven't been eating breakfast in months, so now, that meal seems counter intuitive, yet I sense that I'll need to carbload for this type of activity. So in the past, breakfast in the AM, snacks (small meals) during the day, while riding.  Bigger meal (dinner) at night. No limit/regard for carbs with all said meals!Since the activity itself seems like cardio over the long duration, I'm not sure how to set up my meal plan or what to eat to optimize my energy, now that I'm CN-wired.  Tips??

If you want carbs just eat them at night or save them for the one night a week and go ULC

Cool.  For the first few days, think I'll try loading up the night before and seeing how far that carries me into the afternoon, with just coffee/mct/hwp in the AM.  Thanks and hook'em!
