Gretings everyone…My name is Bob, from Jakarta Indonesia. I learned about Kiefer and CBL from Joel Jamiesson's site, I watched the interview he did there, and bought the CBL several days later (last Saturday). As soon as I finished reading the book I started right away, even though I still have not fully understood the program yet ... at least I know how to do the prep phase  ;D I started last Sunday and today I'm on my 3rd day of prep phase. Anyway, I have never done any kind of structured diet program before, this is my first diet program. As for training, I did weight training, Arthur Jones' HIT style for years. and last year I did Starting Strength for six months or so. My best lift with SS was 115 kg for squat and 120 kg for deadlift, before I stopped doing SS after I injured my left thigh. Currently I do weight training 3 times a week (M, W, and F all workout done at noon, during lunch hour). I do whole body routine and do basic lifts: Squat (alternate with Deadlift) 3 sets of 5 reps, Bench Press, Pulldown and Press, 3 sets of 8 reps. After weight training, I usually do a 30 minutes shadow boxing and plan to do muay thai on Tueasday and Thursday evening. My stat is: 177 cm tall and weight 76 kg. I'm not fat, but I have some extra fat on my belly and want to get rid of it while adding some muscles. The reason I'm doing CBL is because I'm tired of gaining weight (muscle and fat)  and then leaning down to get rid of the fat. My goal is to add muscle and loose some fat, and just to become stronger.

Thanks Bodynsoil. I'm reading old threads here in this forum and just bought CNS book so I can have better understanding of CBL and CNS.
