I've got a quick question. It's about falling off the wagon. Let me start by saying this has not happened to me. I had my first carb nite recently and it was glorious. Absolutely glorious. However, I know that the potential is there to have a bad weekend one day. If one were to fall off the wagon would you just restart by going through the 10-day reboot again? How long is too long to go on the reboot? I stretched mine to 14 days. How many days is too many and what gets into some dangerous metabolism wrecking territory?

Just go ULC 7 days like normal and you'll be fine

Don't sweat it too much if you stumble.  I went on a date during my third week on CNS and I didn't want to make my date feel bad (or me look weird), so I ordered some food that was out of “normal” range.  I jumped right back on the bandwagon the next day and never thought about it twice. With that being said, if it becomes a habit, then you might want to re-evaluate your diet and trigger foods/scenarios.
