Should I restart prep phase?

    Hi All,So after 2 weeks of being sick and 4 of taking cold medicine, I realized that my cold med contains maltodextrin  >:( I didn't even think to look at the ingredients because this stuff has been a miracle for all this sinusy goodness I have going on.Given that I have been consuming this for the past 4 days, should a restart the prep phase? I haven't experience any weight loss in the past week and this is likely the culprit. This is my third week of CNS and tomorrow would be my 3rd Carb Nite. Thoughts?Thanks!

    Just go ULC for 7 days and you'll be fine

    Guessing I should skip out on my Carb Nite tomorrow as well, correct?  🙁

    If you want ULC the entire time and didn't down a couple bottles maybe a CN tomorrow is ok

    Just one dose per day. One packet of Umcka Coldcare is what I've been taking.Last CN was last Friday so tomorrow will make 7 days. I have done HIIT 2x this week (another planned for tonight) as well as heavy lifting and CrossFit WODs Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Hoping I'll be okay. Another 7 days would be rough....All I want is comforting carbs when I feel so icky. But gotta do what you gotta do so if it is better to skip CN tomorrow then I'll push through until next Friday.Sunday - 27g c, 10g fiberMonday - 30g carb, 13 of those are fiberTuesday - 35g c, 7 fiberWednesday - 30g c, 14g fToday (planned) - 25g c, 10g f

    I say go thru with your carb nite tomm, might not help, but shouldnt hurt.. Try bringing those carbs down during the ulc week, youre rlly flirting with the upper limit and want to be as close to 0g as your can bare.

    Thank you! I am definitely planning to cut some things next week to get those numbers lower. I have added in TripleFiber as of yesterday, so this so be my sole source of carbs moving forward. Huge help, everyone!!
