Brandon D ChristParticipantI know that opinion won't win me friends here but one reason I picked this board over renegade is that you have to pay an annual membership to the renegade forum, however ferruggia is responds directly to real time questions.. It's a give and take..Then again, you get what you pay for.. Sent from my DROID4 using Tapatalk 2
Yea Kiefer is pretty much all over the place. The guy does a million different things at once. I think he is one of those people that instead of taking things one at a time, he likes to work on multiple things at once, even though it takes him awhile to finish them.

tlfoxyMemberI too over think everything. Bitching and moaning can be 2nd nature for me. For example, I feel that I am in a plateau right now and that usually stresses me out. And, in turn will make me stray away from this forum because I don't want to air out my frustrations anymore. There can be such a backlash from doing so. But, I know, from experience, that I just have to push through it and find out what tweaks I need to make. I know that when I first came to this board, nearly a year ago, it was out of confusion. And, with the help from some great forum members, and ignoring those who are just A**Holes, I started to understand. I mean, I'm an educated man, but when it comes down to the science behind all of it, it can be a little confusing. My fault for being a music major as well. So, as it is stated, everything is trial and error and you have to find what works for you.I feel for the some of the mods here because they answer the same questions over and over again... I'm sure it's frustrating. But, as both CBL and CNS grow, I feel that those posts will increase. It's kind of like when a doctor has to dole out the same advice over and over again. A bit tedious, but necessary.

I can be a first class bitch and moaner at times myself lol. I just want to make sure I am doing it correctly and if there is anything that needs to be removed then I remove it and move on. This is an expensive diet especially buying grass fed beef all the time and my grocery bills have gone up nearly 50% since starting but it has been well worth it.I also think people expect this to be a miracle diet and there is no such thing.

Big Tex must have the patience of an elder monk when it comes to responding to questions.

dgibsonMemberFrom a business perspective it definitely benefits Kiefer to update CBL over CNS. A physical book is great to build your profile, but the direct sale of an ebook is much more profitable. I don't blame him. I just thought the book was a little lacking on specific tips and recommendations that we come here for. A new revision or PDF addendum would be fantastic to get the info in one place.

BodynsoilParticipantThis type of forum can get to be a shit show when it comes to keeping them organized and such.. I like the sticky threads with pertinent information.. That has been key for me in finding information along the way. Oh and the search feature is fantastic, I've found a lot of great info there.. One thing that might be helpful would be a thread with the updated blog/vlog information, that changes things in the book, without the ability to reply, so it is only informational and easier to see everything..

Thats a good idea. I'll put that on my to do list. Or you could it if you want and I can set it as a sticky.

I'm still a newby here for the most part and routing out answers, I have "re-reading" CNS on my list of things to do, also creating a spreadsheet of points of information discussed in the book.. Each time I read the book I see something new that becomes more helpful and eye opening.

John LaPlaca JrMemberJust a thought I had is sometimes people end up stressing and have anxiety over the little things and put ideas in their heads and either stop CNS or derail. I think this is partly people expecting quick results and being impatient. I also think people need to think more for themselves on what works for them opposed to every suggestion made on here or any new research Kiefer finds. For instance I have Pepsi max everyday and a pre-workout supplement 2-3 times a week that has Ace-K in it and I am having good results. I also have cheese and HWC daily. I think the anxiety and worrying is worse than the little insulin response that might occur.

Exactly. I am an avid Pepsi Max drinker as well. I think people need to first just focus on controlling their carbs first, then controlling their total food intake, and after that they can worry about stuff like Ace-K.
