I was wondering is the soya milk high insulinotropic as cow milk. I suspect not, but I'm not sure. I like to use it, because it's lactose free, with good protein and vits. I'm obviously talking about unsweetened soya milk, which is actually ULC, something like 0.2 carbs/100g Would it be safe to use with the morning's coffee, for example?Any of you guys have any experience with it?Have a heavy one... session in the gym, that is 🙂
