Hi all,Checking in from Kingston ON anyone for a lift? Anyways not new to athletic program design, nutrition for performance etc. However I am interested in CBL but as the resident experts I would like to appeal to you, the people, on which program seems to be more shall we say:easier/more fun/ thisiswhatIwoulddoifIwereyou.Case file:aged 23 years,6 feets, 200lbs, ish 13% or lower at any given time.Maybe once or twice a day training: 4-6 days/week : could be hot out, cold out or in a gym Read: Be Ready For Anything"Niche Training Style" : Heavy to start, some hypertrophy (physique sh!t) then E.S.D of some sortNow, past experience with low carb dieting (consitent low carb some of a re-feed) led to a loss of muscle mass, and a mental unstable nature revolving around the stims for life club.So Carb Night doesn't seem like it's for me, but could it be? Obviously CBL is were my head is at.Goals: Not specific but I like to keep my performance up. So I either burn down a run, lift something heavy or like to look decent in a mirror.Social life doesn't phase me non-drink/smoke kinda person. Like to have dinner with friends that's about that.Any opinion or direction would be appreciated, currently building me low carb start. Thanks All!P.S. Supps are under control no need to discuss.
