GypsykingParticipantI had been looking for a good lean bulking program to run with CBL, I tried Kiefers Heavy Duty Shockwave program I am currently doing PHAT which I loved at first but I feel like it would be more suited for CNS, I think I gained a bit of fat by not gauging my backloads well enough. I know one person said he had amazing results using CNS with Christian Thibadeaux's OVT training. What is everyones favorite program to use and how has it been working out with your CNS or Backloading? I'm always up for learning something new

John is absolutely insane.I've been doing a lot of mountain dog training lately, amazing stuff. I'd love to have him do my programming sometime.

I love FST-7, personally: http://www.simplyshredded.com/fst-7-fascia-stretch-training-7-workout-routine-nutrition-guide.html...I've bulked with it many times, and it really shocks my body, and I always respond to it.You might also enjoy Y3T: http://muscleandbrawn.com/y3t-workout-system-yoda-three-training/...it is a periodization scheme, that cycles, and has a "shock" week (every three weeks). You might also like P-RR-S: http://www.muscleandstrength.com/articles/power-rep-range-shock-time-to-grow-without-plateau.html...similar to Y3T, and developed by a natural bodybuilder (prevents plateau).I also enjoy Mike O'Hearn's Power-Bodybuilding program...Main page: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/mike-ohearn-power-bodybuilding-12-week-training-program.htmlRoutine: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/mike-ohearn/power-bodybuilding/12-week-program.html...the O'Hearn routine promises both enormous size and strength gains, by combining bodybuilding with a power focus on the core three (Squat, Dead and Bench). There really are tons of options out there, including classic stuff like 5x5. Just do some reading, and try things out.Cory

GypsykingParticipantI don't have a bodyfat percentage set in stone now but I would estimate around 15, hard to tell currently though, I have been as low as 8 but had a neck and back injury that took me out for awhile. I do independant professional wrestling and have experience in powerlifting previous to that. I have been anyone from 165lbs at 8 percent to 215lbs at around 15 or 20 percent at 5'7″. Currently I want to train from athletic performance, get my muscles dense and hard again while also being able to drop bodyfat, I don't think I'll be able to sustain the rigors of wrestling training and cardio without carbs so I'm figuring out a good back loading plan but that all depends on the training type also. I don't think PHAT is the best program for me so far. Thanks also guys! I apreciate the feedback thus far.

GypsykingParticipantOh and I started the prep phase at 178.6 in october, lost 2.5lbs, started backloading at about 176lbs and am now about 188. I think I have been backloading too big though, they are usually between 2-400 depending on what i feel i need and how i experiment.
