Kiefer, I bought the book and love it, like how it throws everything out the door that is “traditional”. I do have questions and hopefully can get them answered on here. The book recommends for the post workout shake recipe to have carbs, and also in the book it says you want to have insulin boosting carbs in post workout shake before the junk food meal, but when I get to the sample diet it says to take the shake but says no carbs for the 6PM training time, could you clarify? Dextrin or not in PWO shake? Thanks.
