well im Stephen, im from Scotlandi did have a good first 10 days on the ulc, then i stuffed myself on the carb nite on the 10th day, i did lose over 5.9lbs over the ulc period, then added 3.9 lbs back on, after my carb feast, went back to the ulc, then i messed up and had a carb day as i was pissed off after my driving test, im back on the ulc the now, and i might give it 2 weeks to see how much i can drain out of myself
There is no need to go pass the 10 days… after 3 to 4 days without carbs you can no longer store them as fat and also your Thyroid starts to shut down witch allows you to burn less fat. I would just re do the 10 days prep phase and them follow CN from there… 🙂
