Finally indulged in some carbs tonight. Managed to deplete for 8 days, with a few HIIT workouts and a competitive game of soccer over the weekend. Down to 12"11 this morning, lost 9lbs over 8 days. Anyway, trained about 4.30'this evening, had a carb and protein shake towards the end of my session and had chicken & white rice about 30 mins after training, just had the majority of a pepperoni pizza, got a few slices to finish off along with some Jaffa cakes while I watch lethal weapon in an hour or so. Bring on the night sweats.
