Hey!So its officially been 2 months since my whole lifestyle change- carb nite + lifting heavy 5 times a week. Although its very normal for me to not eat carbs, by the end of the week im dying for a carb!Here is a 2 month progress photo...It's been fab!
Great progress! Looks like carbs are just what your metabolism needed to kickstart fat loss. Maybe post before pics here too so it's easier for people to compare.
WOW! Incredible results in just 2 months! I saw your before pic in another thread & it looks like we have similar body fat distribution. Do you have a log? I'm curious to know what your calorie & macro breakdown is like.
