Whey vs Iso Whey

    Hi guys,I need your advice on protein. I'm using CBL Strength Accumulation and looking for a protein for my PWO-shake.I have two favorites but I'm not sure which one to choose.First one (Whey, per 100g):kcal         403Protein   83 gCarbs     4 gFat             5 gLeucin        11,2 gSecond one (Iso Whey, per 100g):kcal  382Protein   89 gCarbs     2 gFat              1 gLeucin          9,6 gBecause it's for my PWO-shake I would take the first one, normal Whey, because it has more Leucin. The first one is also 5€ cheaper than the other one.Any suggestions which one I should choose for my PWO shake?

    They both will work fine, just go with the one you can afford if cost/expenses are an issue.

    Ok thanks.If I considered the Accelerator Shake in the morning would it make a difference? Kiefer says in the book that one should use Iso Whey.

    <10g yes, have you calculated the macros for that to see how much 10g will give you? It won't really make a dent in anything bad.

    Yes I did and I think I'll stick to the normal Whey, especially for the PWO shake.Thanks again for the fast answers. 🙂
