Hello all. I just stared the prep phase for CBL yesterday. I was already on a rather low card diet to begin with but I do plan to go all 10 days to ensure maximum benefit. I plan to workout 'hard' on M-W-F and will also do road cycling on the weekends. My current stats:Age- 31Sex- MaleH - 5'10"W- 163 lbsCurrent BF estimate = ~15% (I've been caliper tested several times before so I have a good feel for where I am now)Goal:BF at or below 10%
