Hi allI don't know if some of you are familiar with this training?...http://www.t-nation.com/workouts/stack-10-trainingI was planning to add this in once a week just to get some extra volume in. As I am currentlty doing SW 4 days a week BL after each SW session.I was wondering if I should BL after  10 stack training session? I was going to aternate between each week regarding movementsie.week 1 - squat and Pressweek 2 - Deads and benchWeek3 - Squats and pressEtcSo the schedule will look something like this:M-rest/HIITT - rest/HIITW - 10 stack training - squats/press or deads/bench - CBL/ULC?T - SW chest or SW press (Depending what I did the day before) - CBL(200g carbs)F -SW Leg -CBL(200g carbs)S -SW chest or SW press-CBL(200g carbs)S - SW back-CBL(200g carbs)Monday and Tuesday I basically have a 14-16 hour working day and makes working out very difficult.Any advice? Thanks for any responses

Backload for sure. Especially if you're moving up in heavier weights and getting in a full body session.

So the volume is OK to BL for the Wednesday? And Also keep carbs 200g or less? The reason I am asking because the first few sets are quite low % of 1RM.

Yes, the volume is fine. Also, what are your stats and goals? 200g seems low.

Just come off 12 month-CNS and want to try add lean out with CBL, as I feel that I need to change it up a bit.Ibob prescribed that I should start with 200g and work from there?see thread here:http://athlete.io/forum/index.php?topic=17855.msg210108#msg210108

Just don't be afraid to raise carbs as needed.
