Nicotine Supplementation while training in the morning

    Hey Guys,I have been looking into what Kiefer has said about nicotine gum and how he takes it in the morning and a few hours before training in the afternoon.Problem is, how would somebody use this when they train at 9am.I haven't seen a protocol for people training in the am, I assume that you take a piece first thing when you wake up, but would you take the second piece after lunch? Or just one piece for the day? Also, do you continue to chew/park the gum in your cheek while training?

          Well, for me, I do it in the morning and before I work out in the afternoon.  It actually works which is great, but the negative is that it is highly addictive.  When first doing it, I wouldn't leave it in to long because it might actually demotovizes you because of the dizziness feeling.  As for you, definitely do not chew it while working out.  The substance will stay in your system while your are working out and you'll probably just get sick if you chew it while pumping weights.      I recently asked Kiefer if it was okay to chew after my big carb load at night.  I read recently that nicotine messes with your insulin and glucose levels so I would like to see what he has to say about that.  I would send Kiefer a message about if you should chew nicotine gum in the afternoon or not!      Hope this has been helpful!! ;D
