The Interplay between "ketosis" and exercise

    Here's the link to an article I was reading by a guy that seems rather smart.  He talks about different forms of exercise and how ketogenesis plays in with them(though I think he's confusing ketosis with ketogenesis).  He didn't do any lifting, but he did do some high-intensity stuff.  He also found that on a long bike ride despite ingesting 50gm of “super starch,” his ketogenesis wasn't inhibited.  This might point one to the fact that intra-workout carbs won't inhibit fat loss during the workout, but I think it's a stretch given the differences between the two and the fact that he only did an n=1 study.Anyways, here it is: http://eatingacademy.com/nutrition/the-interplay-of-exercise-and-ketosis-part-ii .
