So, yesterday night I was puking for most the night, and now I'm feeling sick, weak, and a fever brewing inside. My third carb nite is tomorrow. The bad news is I might be to weak to workout tomorrow. Should I prolong my carb nite until I feel better? This will be the sixth day after my last carb nite.Also, regarding to working out on a carb nite. I work til 6 Monday through Friday, and don't get my workouts in until 7:30. I normally get 2 doughnuts at 6 to start the carb nite then go home to workout. Should I wait to eat my carbs until after I am done working out. Looking for some insight, thanks.
