I've been searching all over the boards and can't seem to find an answer I'm looking for. My question is, when it says “10-15g whey isolate” for example, is that 15g of protein of 15g of weight of the powder? I'm assuming the answer to this would apply to all other measurements in CBL.

Whenever I say it, I mean grams of protein.  So when I say 20 g of whey I mean 25 g of powder if it is 80% protein.
