Hello all, I've only been getting my protien through meat, such as Chicken,Pork,Steak, so i've decided to start using whey isolate,which has BCAAs,Leucine,Creatine and some other ingredients as well. My question is, is it safe to still have my black coffee & coconut oil. I also work out in the morning, i hear its better to work out in the evening. But for me after along day, i don't feel up to it in the evening. Any thoughts.
What do you mean have the coconut oil after or before your workout? The coffee is fine in both situations, but you should only consume the coconut oil post workout to get the benefits of fasted training.
