    Anyone know how to do the “Prone Incline Front Laterals” on Back Day of CBL-HD? It is a little confusing…are we supposed to do front raises, or side raises??I searched the forum for an answer and even went on Kiefer's YouTube Channel for an exercise video and found nothing.Thanks.-Z

    Make y shape with your body.  So it's sort of in between.  You should feel a contraction in both your front and middle delts.

    No it's more like at a 45 degree angle.  I always thought it was like you posted but Kiefer explains this exercise in the new shockwave app.

    I have the app, but apparent;y not the wite "pack."So, is set-up like the second link I sent, then raise it at more of a 45 between side and front?Thanks.

    Yea it's in between a front raise and a lateral raise.

    Thanks ibob.Sorry for the Daffy Duck "wite" above I meant "right".....typing in a rush on a iPhone is never advised.  😀
