Hello, everyone!I'm new to the CNS, just bought the book and finished day 1, and I've actually got a somewhat different situation I'm hoping a few folks may be able to help with-I want to do this diet, really fucking bad. But, I'm in the Army, and deployed overseas right now, which introduces a few difficulties to my situation. I have to do PT every morning, except Sunday, and I know in the book it said that most high intensity workouts would be detrimental to my health if I'm on this diet. What can I do?I'm also very limited on what I can eat, because I'm limited to simply what the Army is serving that day. Today was a good start, I think, here's the breakdown-Breakfast1 omelette with cheese, onion, tomatoes, jalapenos, and mushrooms3 strips of turkey baconA small handful of nutsUnsweetened teaLunch-A salad with two cut up chicken breasts, a handful of shredded cheese, diced black olives, jalapenos, sliced bell peppers, and ceasar dressing. Unsweetened tea.Dinner- Same as lunch. Is there anything I could do better, and is there anything I need to change because I HAVE to work out every morning- it's part of my job. I'm at about 16% BF right now but I'm trying to make it down to 11-12% before I leave to go home. I've got about eight more months to work, so any help would be greatly appreciated!Thank you all for your time!
