Trevor G FullbrightModeratorI have been doing KB complexes lately for my HIIT, so BB complexes will work great too. They are my favorite kind of HIIT to be honest.

Sometimes I do them finishers, sometimes I do them as separate HIIT sessions.Lately I've been getting stuff from the WOW on MDA, but T-nation has stuff. Jason Ferruggia has an ebook I'd like to get that has BB complexes, KB stuff, Battle rope, and other stuff. You can find all kinds of different ones online though.

Richard SchmittModeratorI want his book as well! Isn't like the Metabolic Finisher or something like that?I do.KB work as well. Normally just for the fun of it, but Swings to Pulls or Snatches to Squats.

I'm totally picking it up when I get a little extra scratch.I got some rope today, while it's not technically battle ropes, they will work so I'm stoke about them.

Jeff&SarahMemberI like them too, just make sure you're doing them heavy enough. Too many people wuss out on weight with them. If you feel like puking afterwards, it's a good complex. 8)

My complexes incorporate as much muscle as possible, so they're upper and lower (back squats, front squats, push press, cleans, rows, deads). When I do them, I do them at the end of a session or as their own workout on an off day. Usually with a 5-10 minute walk between weight training and complexes.
