Hi guys!! Just a quick question. Coz of work n schedule i don't get much time to prepare my meals so the other from the supermarket i bought this whole chicken n it takes only half n hour to get cooked. I red the liable it say 2.9 gms carbs coming from sugar. So my question is i eat abt half 500 gm chicken at one sitting which gives me arnd 10 gms carbs coming from sugar coz its pre marinated with spices n butter n gives me p80 gms n f70 gms. So when i eat 500 gms n get 10 gms carbs coming from sugar, can it spike my insulin?

Theres no carbs in chicken. It must be referring to the stuffing or seasoning.
