It's been about 3 days now that i've been taking 1mg in the morning and 1mg in the afternoon on my training days, and only 1mg the morning of my off days. I really don't feel much of an effect at all. I will feel a little raspy tingly feeling in my throat, but that's it.I have used ephedrine in the past and the effects of that little pill were VERY profound lol. I mean I was getting the sweats and hot/cold flashes along with the jitters at times, I was a total beast in the weight room while on it too. I was expecting something along those lines when i started the nicotine protocol.I've been stacking it with coffee and there's not much change either. Should I up the doses to 2mg?Am I the only one who isn't feeling that high energy "Thermogenic" effect? Or is nicotine something that does it's magic even though i don't feel it? Anybody wanna share some thoughts on this?
