Hi guys, I tried taking nicotine(2mg) as pre workout but i felt bloated. I read this article and it says nicotine makes carbs hard to go nto muscles. I tried nicotine before aswell but that time i was doing carbnite so it work very well for me and then i took 1 month off and decided to start again . I train between 3-6. Any ideas why i was feeling bloated and whats the best technique to use nicotine with carb based diet. I can't take it early in the morning coz of work schedule. I know thats the best thing to do but my schedule doesnt allow me to do that. thanks
