HeyI just downloaded the CBL, read it while I should have been working today, I am wanting to start the prep phase on Monday I will be following the SA protocols, I just have a question and hope someone can help. I train at 5:00am Monday- Friday, In the book it says to add a small amount of carb after workout for the spike along with the post workout shake would that be true in the prep phase too or after the 10 days are done? can't really find an answer to that in the book. thanks
