    What's up folks, I've been digging through as much material as I can, and I was trying to get my gameplan straight. I'd appreciate it if you CBL ninjas could help me out. Currently, I'm doing Smolov, I'm 170lbs, 5'10″, and  +/-7% BF. I'm interested in SA, I don't really care about hypertrophy, I just want to get strong as fuck.Mon- coffee/AM accelerator/fast until training        train 1-2 hrs after waking, PWO shake w/carbs        low carbs till dinner, additional carby meal before bedtues- rest day, coffee/AM accelerator        breakfast 3-4 hrs after waking, eggs/meat/veg <30g carbsweds-coffee/AM accelerator/fast until training        train 4-6 hrs after waking, PWO shake w/o carbs        low carbs till dinner, additional carby meal before bedthurs- rest day, coffee/AM accelerator        breakfast 3-4 hrs after waking, eggs/meat/veg <30g carbsfri-    coffee/AM accelerator/fast until training        train 1-2 hrs after waking, PWO shake w/carbs        low carbs till dinner, additional carby meal before bedsat-  coffee/AM accelerator        breakfast 3-4 hrs after waking, eggs/meat/veg <30g carbs        train 5-8 hrs after waking, PWO shake w/carbs        low carbs till dinner, additional carby meal before bedsun- rest day, coffee/AM accelerator        breakfast 3-4 hrs after waking, eggs/meat/veg <30g carbsdoes this look ok?     Just remember to eat the carbs THE NIGHT BEFORE a morning or fasted a.m training.Hasif
