Well trial and error I guess. I'll see what happens tonight. If I have to make a stop to “go” then I'll completely change it. If not I'll keep it.

I guess I should fix that. Like Trevor said a high amount doesn't seem to sit well but I recall a lowered amount of like 20-30g never hurt.

20g does fine for me. 40g, I get the runs.

Really? Whats wrong with you guys? (; 60+ grams is absolutely fine for me. Have you tried getting the glucose from a candy source PWO instead of straight powder in your shakes? Maybe just having something a little "harder" to digest would get around the problem. There's nothing magical about any of these carb powders.

couple questions bout supplements.  i have been taking krealkyn (creatine) for a while now and typically take before and after lifting.  with all the reading and talking bout insulin spikes and cortisol etc etc  i am out in left field.  i guess the simple question is  should i take creatine prior to lifting or is this not needed or even worse counter productive to any blood or muscle benefits?  also went to a couple stores and was told leucine is not sold by itself but only in capsules with other bcaa's or other stuff.  can i just buy leucine by itself?  thanks

Id take the creatine during/post workout for best absorbtion but I doubt it would make much difference. Also buy monohydrate next time as its been proven time and time again to be the best and most effective form of creatine. Bonus, Its also the cheapest! You can definately get leucine by itself in powder form. Check truenutrition for bulk powder.http://www.truenutrition.com/p-975-l-leucine-powder-100-grams.aspx
