Say your carb nite is sunday.Monday is legs, Tuesday is conditioning, Thursday is pulling (back and Bi), Friday is conditioning, Sunday is pushing (Chest, shoulders, tris)You could move that around to best fit your schedule.Upper lower is pretty obvious.You have two days of upper body movements and two days of lower body movements plus 1 day of conditioning.
