That part I like & feel good about…Im a girl and not scared to lift heavy haha! However, I do have a long way to go, as far as losing bodyfat. Oh, my HIIT has been consisting of kettlebell swings…killer! My goal is to be a solid 130…I'm thinking it'll take a year to get there, but just putting one foot in front of the other and getting healthy.
