I had seen some questions/thoughts going around about how to incorporate CNS or CBL into long distance running (basically marathon training) and thought Kiefer may be coming out with something soon? I'm not sure the makeup of this forum but if anyone is planning on any training for long runs this summer, it's getting to the point where I/we want to start thinking about it. Is there plan for a release of a book/article about athletes/runners? I know long distance running is the opposite of what you want for muscle building but I used to stick by it to lose weight, now I do it b/c I found peace of mind hitting the road. It also helps my girlfriend is a runner and we can spend a lot of time together that way.Any thoughts or advice what has worked or what may be the appropriate approach would be sweet. Thanks in advance.

From what I've heard Kiefer hates cardio, especially long distance steady state. I don't believe he would come out with a book on it
