New to CBL

    I just started the prep phase on CBL. I'm a power lifter and I'm 6'1 240lbs and 18.5% bf. my goal is to do the strength accumulation and drop to somewhere between 12-14% bf, and then switch to density bulking and go up to 260lbs. I looking forward to the transformation and am glad I was told about CBL.
