I have been running the app since its inception. Right now I am utilizing a 4 day split of push and pull. My question is, is it just me or does the workout configuration make you more sore or a better pump? I am guessing Kiefer set-it-up to where the workouts coincide with the next to get you the best all-around workout? Or am I fishing.
