Hello!!so im about a month in on CNS and im having pretty good results. I havent dropped any weight- ive dropped nearly 2" off my waist- im sure its because im training 16-20 hrs a week- but reguardless my mom and dad are interested in trying the program, but they dont want to drop down to ultra-low carb. Im just trying to figure out if eating high fat and protein would be wise if they're carbs are so high or would they be better at CBL or just a lower calorie diet in general? They train hard 6 days a week but dont want to cut theyre carbs to 30. any help or resources to further investigate this question would be amazing! be blessed! thanks!LKB
Your parents could do CBL, tell them to eat fat and protein during the day then after their workout have carbs at dinner, dinner would typically be protein and carb dense with little to no fat then if they want they could have a fatty carb desert some nights
