In CBL Kierfer lists three different types of protein in his PWO Shake….Whey 15-20g/Casein 10-15g (Intact)/Hydrolysate 10-15g…if I'm reading this correctly….it's calling for upwards of 50-60g of protein from three different sources….correct?  I need some clarification on this and also what types of proteins (brands) would you use here for the three above mentioned?  Thanks, Pumphouse#getafterit#SquatTherapy

Yes, you can go about doing that, and on the forums as well as the Facebook site thoroughly explains where to buy. Brands are not ideal, but the place is perfect.

So 50-60 g protein PWO is what he's saying…as well as using three different types of protein?

Since the book mentions it on how to make a PWO Shake then yes. You can do less or split it up during a backload if need be.

You don't NEED 50-60g, but it will provide a larger insulin spike PWO than 20-30g.  I suggest truenutrition.com or proteinfactory.com if you're in the U.S.  You can put together a custom mix or get a bunch of different powders in one place.I personally go with 40g of whey, roughly 10-15g of which is hydrolysate and 20-30g of dextrose depending on the workout.
